The space offers a King Bed, a Queen bed and Two Queen sized Sofa Beds, allowing 8 to sleep comfortably. The view from the Deck is spectacular! Just a short walk away you'll enjoy Balboa Beach where you can swim, grill, hike, and the kids can enjoy a newly developed playground! We are located on the second floor above the Marina convenience store, where you will find yummy food, items for your trip, boat and kayak rentals and more! Lake Balboa is the biggest lake in the Village with a White sand beach, pavilions, picnic tables and grills. The Marina is located right next door to The Sunset Grill, offering Great food, Desserts, Cocktails and a wonderful outdoor Deck overlooking Lake Balboa. If you would like, you can also rent the identical apartment next door, Unit A. Ask for more details. Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. This rental is NON smoking No parties! Guests can park in the Marina parking lot on the left side where they can easily walk down the pathway that leads to the back of the building where you will see stairs to go up to the apartment labeled "B." Balboa Beach is within walking distance from the Apartment. I was there to assist family with our ailing uncle. The apartment was terrific, brand new, clean, spacious--easy parking. Very quite.
