NEW HOT TUB !! \*\*THIS IS OUR PERSONAL HOME, NOT A PARTY HOUSE!\*\* This property is located on the most perfect cove on Lake Hamilton for swimming off and enjoying the lake!! Not every property has this capability, and trust us when we say, ours is perfect for lake days! This property is made up of a main house + 2 full cabins on 150 feet of lake frontage. It is rented as one (rented to only one group at a time) and is perfect for 2-6 couples or families. It sleeps 8-13 the most comfortably, but will sleep up to 16 using the comfortable pull out couches. You have a UNIQUE opportunity to stay in a one-of-a-kind setup that allows everyone to come together, but then retreat back to private spaces/cabins. The cabins are all only steps apart. The main house and 2 cabins all have their own newly renovated full kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms, so they are completely self sufficient and very comfortable as stand alone properties. The cove is the best cove for off-the-dock swimming than anywhere on the lake! The MAIN HOUSE-Where you all come together- is newly renovated, light and airy, and a roomy 2400 square feet. It is a 3 bd/3ba house with an open concept. It has 2 bedrooms with king beds, a twin bedroom, and an additional living space off the 2nd master bedroom. It sleeps 7 and also has a crib in the downstairs master bedroom. The main house has impressive floor to ceiling windows that span to 18ft, showcasing views that look out into a quiet cove perfect for boating, floating, swimming and kayaking. The large deck ( 500 sq. ft. +) is the perfect gathering place for everyone! The FRONT CABIN is 525 square feet and includes a bedroom, bathroom and living area/kitchen with amazing lake views. When sitting on the couch in this cabin, the lake is so close you feel as if you could be on a house boat! This cabin has a large 200 sqft. private deck, perfect for lakeside fun or evening drinks. It has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room in a pinch. BACK CABIN - The Back cabin is an 1100 square foot cabin. It consists of a full kitchen, 2 stylish king bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as a pull out queen sleeper sofa. There are small living rooms on both the main level and downstairs level of this cabin. Located 25 steps behind the main house at the entrance of the property . BEDROOM DETAIL: (please read thoroughly!) MAIN HOUSE -3bd/3ba 2400 sq ft. \*Bedroom 1.....upstairs main level, same level as front door. The convenient location is right off HWY. 70, only 8 minutes to Oaklawn and 11 minutes to downtown. Plenty of parking (8 cars no problem..) stylish and updated interiors, coupled with large decks and lakeside charm, you'll want to come back to this property time after time. Spend your days hanging out on the new dock or laying in shaded hammocks with a good book. Spend your nights relaxing in the hot tub under twinkle lights. Cancellations will only be permitted if the state laws change (for example if a shelter in place restricts your travel) but cannot be refunded outside of our typical cancellation or refund policies. GOOD TO KNOW: \-We have a local property manager for any immediate needs! \-We have our own rental agreement in addition. It is a standard rental agreement and you are welcome to request it prior to booking. Our group included five couples, two teens, and two kids. The lakeside cottage is ideal for a small family, while the back cottage suits a larger family with children. The main house is perfect for daily gatherings, but note that the downstairs bedroom may hear footsteps from above, so it’s best for late sleepers or early risers.Step outside to enjoy the relaxing jacuzzi or head to the pier for lake swimming and hanging out. We brought a boat, and skiing and wakeboarding were a blast on the calm lake, which saw light weekend traffic. The kids loved the science museum, a must-visit. In Hot Springs, stop by Grateful Head Pizza for delicious pizza.Special thanks to the house managers who helped with our delivered groceries—their hospitality saved us from spoiled milk at breakfast! Our only suggestion would be to have the grass trimmed for a tidier appearance. This property was perfect for our group of 12 ladies in our 70’s! The attention to detail was flawless! The kitchens had everything you could ever want or need! The grounds and outdoor spaces were so beautiful- we really enjoyed the fire pit and even the kayaks! The pull out couch with the memory foam mattress was very comfortable! The main home and the two cabins were a fantastic environment for us. We had plenty of room in the main house and out on the deck for the larger, shared meals and the cabins provided enough privacy and quiet space so the family members with smaller kids could have early bed times. The house and cabins are very well kept and beautifully decorated. Lyndsey was communicative and helpful as our stay started. The property was stocked with everything we needed including cookware, glassware, silverware, towels, linens, extra blankets, and bathroom supplies. It's a great place and a lovely setting on the lake. We'll be back! ##### Clay P. Having the 3 separate spaces gave us a private place to stay, a perfect cabin for my bridesmaids, and plenty of space in the main house for other family to sleep and everyone to gather. Everyone had their space but came together for meals and fun in the lake. The house is close to a lot of local attractions. It was very comfortable and up to date. My entire family was there for our granddaughter’s wedding. When we opened the door, the place was so inviting , clean, and just beautiful inside. The main house was set up so that one family of 4 could stay on the main floor and another family of 4 downstairs giving each family plenty of privacy. The cabin in back was even more than I had expected…..with 2 bedrooms, one up and one down, , a kitchen and and private bathrooms, there again, providing another family privacy at bed time. The cabin down by the lake is so cozy and very nice. We loved getting to sit out on the decks and enjoy the scenery. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved that each cabin had great beds, a kitchen, tv’s and living areas so that each individual family had a very comfortable place to stay. The Main house was a great place for all to come together in and enjoy sharing a meal or just hang out and visit. It was great to have one place for our family of 13 to stay and enjoy. The owners thought of everything when decorating these cabins, and it sure was a pleasure to get to stay there. We hope to visit again during the summer when the lake is full. ##### Derinda H. If you have a big family or just a large gathering this is the perfect property. 3 separate living quarters and access directly to Lake Hamilton. Property and location are great. One note: The drive is somewhat steep but blacktopped so getting the motorcycles in and out was not really a problem.
