The dining table is great for family-style meals and board game nights. Other interior highlights include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and cable TV. A covered boat slip space means boat owners can freely explore the surrounding water as well! THINGS TO KNOW The property comes equipped with dedicated covered boat slip space. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, we have external security cameras. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Walking into the house it smelled incredibly musty. The ceiling fan didn't work in the main bedroom and the dehumidifier was full of water so who knows how long it hadn't been running. Even after trying to get the A/C going and emptying/re-starting the humidifier it didn't smell great. We left to pick up water and supplies and returned after dark. This is when it became super obvious how bad the mosquitos were. You could see light coming out from the house above the front door so the gap seems to let more mosquitos in. It was once we got back inside the house that we saw all the remains of squashed mosquitos EVERYWHERE. On the ceiling, on the walls, in the lights. It was disgusting.We booked this property to celebrate our 25th anniversary and this was definitely not a place we felt comfortable staying. We messaged the host via the VRBO app to let them know we were booking a hotel for the night and could not stay there. Very late that night we got a message back from the property management company - in Oregon - who said they would get in touch with the local representative who would be in touch. Nearly 3 days later, I still hadn't heard back from them, even after I repeatedly reached out for an update and a refund request we were told this was the "charm" of lake living. Seems that management company doesn’t know a lot about the property. Website says it over 4,000 sq Ft but a lot smaller. We emailed about bbq grill and they said there wasn’t one on the property, but there was. It didn’t list a boat slip but there are 6 new boat slips. The is a swimming pool next door that we were allowed to use but there is nothing about the swimming pool or rules about being able to use it. Overall, great stay just needs a much better description. ##### Randall H.
