Spas, Oaklawn Casino and horse racing, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Hot Springs National Park are a short drive. Perfect for groups of 4 or less and min 2 day stay. No stairs and parking at condo entrance. Condo is as pictured, clean, comfortable beds, convenient to endless shops, restaurants, things to do. Unit sits high on bluff with a small green area before drop, although perfect for adults, I would not be comfortable with my little (10 and under) grands outside around the unit. Hosts are knowledgeable and communicative. Would recommend for older children and adult stays. ##### Stacy D. It was a beautiful drive to get to the location and we felt like we were tucked away in the trees overlooking lake Catherine. It was close enough for a fabulous trip into Hot Springs and other points of interest. ##### Rona G.
