*** The annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***Please know that the boat lift is not included in the boat slip**
***No boat and/or car washing allowed at the property during your stay. We appreciate you understanding on this!***

***Please Note: The on-site boat ramp is narrow and is intended for use with kayaks, canoes, and other small watercraft only. It is not suitable for launching motorized boats or trailers.***

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
