This is our daughter's tiny we build in 2017, she has been living in it in Colorado. We have affectionately name it Ollie's Place after our grand-daughter Olive. The Tiny House with a loft and sleeper couch, inside toilet and shower.., huge deck, with covered hot tub/outside eating area, as well as the huge canvas Sibley Double bell tent. Propane fire pit, covered hot tub and kitchen area. Private spot with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;). If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet. Dock/Deck, Hot Tub, combo Grill, open air out side shower with privacy, real flushing toilet, dock bed, fire pit.... inside double bed, 2 singles, AC and electric heater. Inside the Tiny... Mid-size fridge, full bed in the loft (stairs up to the loft and low head room... just so you know ;) Sleeper couch, sink, kitchen supplies, shower and maybe and inside flushing toilet. Grill, frig, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc... Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets. The Tiny is parked in a secluded area in the trees walk to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car. Non-Smoking, but allowed at the fire-pit for fire safety. Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs. My daughter and I loved the tent and the tiny house served as a place to make coffee and hot tea to enjoy on the porch. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and only needed AC in the tent 1 night out of 3 which was amazing for us coming from Gulf Coast Texas. Amazing that there are other stays on property close by but never a disturbance. Quiet time is certainly quiet time. We had a packed itenerary and were in late and up early but it was so peaceful and lovely. My daughter at first thought we were way too far out in the country but came to love the drive. We visited Mount Rushmore (drove past Crazy Horse but chose get back to Hot Springs before it was too dark) Crystal Cave, Wind Cave, Custer State Park (Wildlife loop in the evening, then morning, then afteroon attempting to see the most animals) and climbed to Cathedral Spires in addition to many other adventures nearby like swimming at Evan's Plunge and walking downtown and visiting Coldbrook lake. We stayed 3 nights and left early to drive through the Badlands and visit Wall Dug before catching a flight out. We never felt rushed or too far away from everything we wanted to do! ##### Karla M. It was wonderful but we wanted to end it with some relaxation and we found it here! Loved how unique it was outdoorsy yet had the tiny house if needing to be inside. Loved the outdoor shower, if we ever head in that direction again we will be going back! Host was also very quick to respond when we had questions. ##### Jenna M. The place was clean and quiet. The views were beautiful. The ONLY hiccup was the road to their location had some wash outs and had some loose gravel causing us to not be able to ride our motorcycle in and out like we had hoped. This is NOT AT ALL Wade or Patricias fault as it appeared they had recent rains causing these issues. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to bring a motorcycle to ask a few days prior to the trip what the current road conditions are. We will return for future visits. ##### Brandi S. The beds were very comfortable. We loved our evenings here in the hot tub with the fire table close by. Our morning coffee overlooking the valley will never be forgotten! The Sea Cliff site is Very quaint and decorations are fun! The beds are super comfortable. The out door shower works great! We had everything we needed!
