More Highlights ★Private swim and fishing dock (guests bringing their own boat may tie up 1 boat on the side of our dock)\*\* ★Just a 15 minute drive to downtown/Bathhouse attractions ★Spacious living and dining room looking out onto lake ★Gas grill available on deck that overlooks the lake We are conveniently located close to stores for groceries and supplies: \-Walmart Neighborhood Market (5 min drive) \-Walmart Supercenter (10 min) \-Kroger (10 min) Local attractions within a 15 min drive: Bathhouse Row Oaklawn Casino and Racetrack Downtown shopping and dining Hot Springs National Park Hike and bike trails Magic Springs Amusement Park Other Important Info: Bring your own lake toys, life jackets, floats, fishing poles/bait, beach towels, and sunscreen to enjoy a great time at the lake! We do not allow parties, events, reunions, large groups/gatherings, or pets. Max allowable property occupancy (day or night): 8 persons - includes both overnight guests AND day use visitors. Limit 6 persons aged 13 and up per reservation. No additional visitors allowed beyond number booked on reservation. Day use visitors are persons not staying overnight but are accessing the home, deck or dock for any length of time. Large group surcharge of $750/day for groups of more than 8 people at the property (day use visitors and overnight guests combined). Extra person fee of $25/person/day for groups over 6 persons. Must E-sign rental agreement sent from host before check in. For security, we monitor access and use of the property via video cameras that capture activity on the driveway, front and back doors, back deck, and the swim and boat dock. She answered all of our questions leading up to our trip and during our stay. The house was stocked with the essentials needed to enjoy our stay. Our kids loved swimming off the dock and catching perch in a little honey hole right off the back driveway. The house was perfect for a family stay. We loved the open concept of the living/dining/kitchen and the big beautiful windows facing the lake. Great place to relax with the option to go out and explore Arkansas. Great place to stay for a family of 5 but could easily accommodate more people.
