Beautiful, lakefront 4-bedroom home situated in a cove just off of the main channel on Lake Hamilton. Featuring picturesque views of the lake, multiple covered outdoor decks, seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, dock, high ceilings, games (pool table, air hockey, board games) and fully stocked kitchen. Just a 10 mile drive away, visit downtown Hot Springs, hike through Hot Springs National Park, visit Bathhouse Row, or watch horse races at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort. Adventure awaits at this one-of-a-kind Lake Hamilton home!

The Property

INDOOR LIVING: 5 smart TVs with access to YouTube TV, music sound bar, upstairs living room with pool table and air hockey, fireplace in main living room

OUTDOOR LIVING: Direct access to Lake Hamilton with main channel views, private boat dock, private seasonal swimming pool (saltwater, heated), hot tub, several covered outdoor decks, gas grill, 2nd fridge and ½ bathroom next to pool. Kayaks and paddle boards available for use during stay

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics & spices, multiple coffee makers (Keurig, French Press, Drip), dishware/flatware, Instapot, Crock-Pot, hot water kettle, toaster and toaster oven, margarita machine, island

NOTE:
- Lake Hamilton’s level is reduced from early November to early March so access to dock is not available during this time. The lake can still be accessed for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing.

- If bringing a boat or renting, boat must be docked on the side of the dock.

- Pool is closed from December through February.

- Your privacy matters to us. This property features exterior security cameras in the front and back of the house, facing out. They DO NOT look into any interior spaces

- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility

- There is no gate around one side of pool which opens to the house. Adult supervision is required at all times

Wonderful Vacation House

This vacation house was even better than expected! The pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen was fully equipped, the pool and lake were beautiful, and the upstairs space was perfect for our teenagers and young adults. The hosts really thought of everything when setting up this home! They also communicated well throughout our trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this space to our friends and family!! 10/10

Family vacation

The property was lovely and on a beautiful part of the lake. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of activities for everyone. Kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, swimming in the pool, and pool table inside. We had a wonderful stay!

Summer Vaca

The house was well equipped and perfect for our family. Also, very clean. Pool was great as well as hot tub and firepit for the first few cool nights was a big hit. We brought a boat and also enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and pedal boats that were at the rental. It was exactly what we hoped for! Will be back.

Beautiful lakeside lodging

This home was so wonderful we didn't want to leave. The lakeside location was beautiful, and this home was decorated to the nth degree but at the same time was super comfortable and had everything you could want or need - and then some. Every bedroom was extra roomy with comfortable bedding. We enjoyed visiting on the balcony enjoying the view as well as spending time at the pool area. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a huge living area with pool table and air hockey (which we were never able to get turned on). The area was quiet during our visit as it's a little secluded, but close to the locations we visited. Our hosts were helpful and promptly responsive. I would love to revisit this home - highly recommend.

Waterfront Home

The home was nice. The view of the lake was very pretty. The bounty of towels for the pool was also appreciated. However, the heater on the pool was broken. The property owner offered to allow us to cancel without penalty. We chose to go ahead and come since we had been planning this family trip for months.

Everything in the home is New including1. Kitchen Utensils2. Pool Table, air hockey table, Sobro coffee table3. 2 TVs with sound barThe walls where painted newly. Lakeside Retreat

My family spent Thanksgiving week in this wonderful lakeside home. It’s absolutely beautiful. The heated pool was lovely, even in November, and the hot tub was a big hit with the whole family. We also enjoyed nightly competitions in the amazing game room. All of the rooms are incredibly spacious and the home is furnished like a house out of a magazine. Tom and Jennifer provided detailed information on the entire house as well as lots of info of things to do and places to eat in the area. We couldn’t have asked for more. Truly the most relaxing vacation home!

Fall Break 2024

The house is simply fantastic! The pictures are 100% accurate. The kitchen is better in person than in the pictures and they have everything you need to make a meal. We can not say enough great things about this house and location. It was our family of 4 along with another family of 5. We had 5 kids ranging from 8 - 14 years old and EVERYONE had a great time. Air hockey, pool, arcade game with Atari games (took me back to my youth), paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boat, pool, hot tub, life vest, and as many beach towels as your kids could go through. Not to mention 2 washers and dryers for all those towels! The kids stayed busy the entire time. We rented a boat one day and enjoyed Lake Hamilton. Hot Springs was amazing. Great restaurants, bathhouse history was amazing, and I had no idea Spring Training for baseball started in Hot Springs. Communication with the hosts was great. I highly recommend staying at this house and visiting Hot Springs!

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing Family Vacation

This gorgeous house is nestled in this cute, quiet little cul-de-sac and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was decorated so tastefully and tropical. It felt like a little piece of paradise. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and essentials with a cute little welcome basket on the counter. Plenty of space for our family and everything just had that great homey touch to it. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO's before, and this was by far the best one. The bedrooms were spacious and super clean. There are no shortage of towels for showering and beach towels for the pool. We brought our own floaties for the pool, but their "pool room" had tons of different floaties available for use. The pool was perfect. It looked a little smaller than what the picture showed, but it was just right for our group of 8. There's a nice dock area we used for fishing as well too. The "great room" upstairs was fun for everyone as well. There was plenty of seating to accommodate the group as well. The owners were super responsive to our questions and very easy to work with. They sent clear instructions on how to leave the house when our stay was done. They also provided dinner suggestions which were helpful since we weren't familiar with the area. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed.

This was a beautiful home in a great location on the lake. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking and grilling. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and using the kayaks. We would definitely return here for another family vacation.

Fabulous Stay

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was beautiful. They have everything needed to cook and so many additional “extras.” They had an amazing amount of linens and beach towels. We had a little trouble with a couple things but Tom was extremely responsive and accommodating. Super game room kept everyone together having fun. This would be perfect for a multi generational family vacay or a set of parents takings kids plus friends —the master bedroom is on the main floor with the other 3 bedrooms upstairs with the game room. Door chimes let you know when anyone leaves the house. And the whole backyard/pool area is enclosed with a gate. The pool is heated so I could actually use it and the kayaks and paddle boards are a plus. Do not miss Morrison’s fried pies—the owner is amazing and they have a few flavors that are vegan!!! Sams Pizza also has an extensive vegan menu.

Beautiful Lake House

This lake house was just right for a family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the upstairs game room was the perfect spot for the kids to hangout together. Having a pool and hot tub right next to the lake was wonderful. From the lake house it was easy to get into town and a short easy drive to the bath houses.

Nice property

Met 4 old friends for a catch-up visit. The property is well kept with a beautiful view. It was rainy and overcast so we didn't use the pool or lake toys, but we still had a great time hanging in the game room. It's an easy 20 minutes from lots of restaurants and things-to-do (like the racetrack/casino which was very nice and a lot of fun). The master bedroom is large with a large bathroom (and on the first floor). I would recommend the property and I'm considering coming back in the summer with my wife.

Amazing property!!!

We had so much fun at this property. We used the pool, water toys, hot tub, pool table, and arcade games. The house was clean and had all the amenities you need. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the house to anyone looking to visit Hot Springs, AK.
