NOTE: Ceiling height ranges from 6.5-7 feet. This space has a more rustic and basement feel than the main floor. Best suited for guests comfortable with stairs and a more compact space.

Pets Welcome!
-Pet fee of $75/stay plus tax for up to 2 pets (dogs only)
-Pets must not be left alone in property uncrated. Hot Springs is a very dog friendly city!
-The yard is not fenced, however there is a small outside playpen and a dog run so your four legged friend can stretch their legs
-Pet fee must be paid before check in. Pet fee is paid on a separate transaction after your booking is confirmed - please notify host if you are bringing pets so the pet fee can be processed. Late fee of $25 plus $75 fee plus tax automatically charged if pet(s) are not disclosed before check in.

Other important things to note:
-Max 4 guests/visitors at any time, day or night. Additional occupancy charges may apply if adding to the reservation after booking is confirmed.
-Use of the home is limited to registered guests only. No additional visitors beyond the number booked.
-No parties or gatherings
-No smoking/vaping inside
-Rental agreement must be e-signed before check-in
-Security cameras monitor front door, walkup, and parking area
