Our Mid City Bungalow is a Duplex located just 1 mile from Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row and the Historic Downtown Business District! Side A is where you will stay. It has been Completely Remodeled and furnished with Comfort in Mind to be your Home Away from Home! Beautiful & Fun Interior with New Furnishings and a Fully Stocked Kitchen! On-Site Parking. Privacy Fenced Back Yard with a Grill and Outdoor Sitting Area! Furbabies Welcome!! Mid City Bungalow "A" is the Perfect Home Base for Exploring the National Park and All of Hot Springs Attractions! The Living Room features a Leather Sofa, 2 Lounge Chairs, a 55" Smart TV, and Tons of Games for Entertainment. The Dining Table Seats 4 and the Sideboard has a Record Player so you can Dine to some Old School Tunes! Cook Up your Favorite Meal in the Well-Equipped Kitchen using the Gas Range or Oven (with Built-In Air Fryer). The Dishwasher is Compact, but it does the job so you don't have to! The Full-Size Refrigerator includes an Ice Maker. You should have Every Cooking Gadget you Need to Make just about Anything! Complimentary Spices, Oil, and Cooking Spray are provided. The Coffee Maker is a Keurig Duo - Coffee, Creamer & Sweeteners are also provided. The Breakfast Table seats 2 and your Furr Babies will Love their Fun Little Breakfast Area! The Full Size Washer and Dryer are also in the Kitchen and available for your use. Both Bedrooms feature a King Size Bed, Bedside Tables, Reading Lamps, a Smart TV and Closet Storage. They each have a Mini Split so you can Control the Temperature of Each Bedroom! Charging Stations, Noise Machines and Portable Fans are also provided. The Bathroom is located in the Hallway and Central to Both Bedrooms. It features a Cast Iron Tub with a Tile Surround. Toiletries are provided. The fenced yard offered off leash time for our two pups. And they loved playing with the plush toys and took advantage of the dog bowls provided. When we arrived, the property was spotless and if you utilize kitchen amenities you will not be disappointed. This kitchen, by far, is the most thought out of all the properties we’ve stayed. The intent in planning behind making this space feel simultaneously like a luxury suite at a resort and a little taste of home was greatly appreciated. ##### Meredith M.
