Enjoy coffee or a cold beverage while sitting under towering magnolia trees on a New Orleans style balcony, overlooking Prospect Avenue. This is a newly built apartment in a 120-year-old historic building. Only one block from Bathhouse Row, it is nestled between the Central Avenue and Quapaw/Prospect Historical Districts. A short walk will get you to any of the dozens of Downtown and Sidetown restaurants, bars, and attractions. Enjoy the stunning Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Victorian style architecture as you stroll through the neighborhood. You're also a short drive away from all Hot Springs has to offer, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort! The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The suite sleeps 2 comfortably. The apartment is located on the first floor of Maison 226. The room was great. Only issue we had was the bed is quite high and it was a struggle for me (I'm 5'5) to get in and out of bed but fortunately my husband happened to have a step stool in his trunk so that helped!
