Neighborhood didn’t look the greatest but we had no issues. Everything was super clean! I am a bedbug freak, so I stripped everything and it was all good! Small cons: House has a very small bathroom, if you are sitting on the toilet and someone opens the door you will get smacked. No central AC, this wasn't a problem for us but it wasn't too hot outside either, this may be an issue later in the year.
