Walk to breakfast at the Best Café, grab lunch at SQZBX Brewery & Pizza Joint, enjoy dinner at Colorado Grill, end your evening with a night cap at Splash Wine Bar and then walk the 1/2 block back to settle back in at The LOFT! If you want to be close to it all... this is where you want to spend your nights in Hot Springs! The LOFT features 12' Ceilings, Hardwood Floors and Tons of Character! The Kitchen is Original with its St. Charles Metal Cabinetry and Funky Blue Formica Countertops. The Swanky Living Area overlooks Ouachita Avenue! It features a Leather Sofa, 2 Arm Chairs and a 55" 4K Amazon Fire Smart TV. There is also a Desk set up for guests needing Remote Work Space! Both Bedrooms are Spacious and equipped with King Size Beds, Quality Linens, Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, 43" 4K Amazon Fire Smart TV's and EnSuite Bathrooms with Tile Showers. The LOFT is Bright and Funky and Fun! As you come through the Entrance, you will walk up 1 flight of Stairs to the Sunroom which overlooks the Courtyard. This was the best location for an easy walk to bathhouse row and central avenue. It was the perfect size for two couples. King beds were comfy as well. The loft was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. We walked to many nearby restaurants, including Best Cafe, Colorado Grill, SQZBX, and Cafe Kahlo. We also walked to Bathhouse Row and all the way down to The Arlington. Our only complaint about the loft itself is the fan and the AC in the front room are noisy. Although the loft is off the main strip, the front room does get a lot of road noise at night (sirens, motorcycles, etc). The back room is very quiet though!
