This cottage has a fabulous view of the water, so close you'll feel like you're floating. Fill your days boating, fishing, swimming, gambling, watching the horses run and exploring the city when you book this 3 bedroom (queen size beds) gem on a private, gated peninsula. (Highly recommend stopping by Weldon’s Meat Market!) We also loved watching the local wildlife—ducks, geese, deer, and more. We’d definitely recommend this place. The photos in vrbo didn’t show all of the features of the deck. To our surprise we found that the deck had a round table with 8 chairs, a couch and two other easy chairs. The table was under a roof with lighting and a ceiling fan. Inside the home we found a large living room with plenty of seating. We found the location of the home, on a dead end street provided a very private and quite setting. The only noise was the abundant boat traffic on the lake.We did find that the vrbo listing was a little behind on data. The wifi site name and password was out of date.This vrbo home on Ledgerwood Rd was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the space. ##### David K. My whole family loved it! We had a 4 and 6 year old with us, as well as my 83 year old grandmother. There are a few steps to get into the house, but she was able to climb them using the handrail. She did not have to access any steps to go out to the deck from the back door, which was really nice. She got to easily sit on the deck/dock, and enjoy the lake with the rest of us. We had a blast fishing (wake from boats makes it a little hard, but we did it for fun and caught a few!). The house is beautifully decorated, clean, had comfortable beds, with beautiful views, and the deck/dock is amazing. You’re literally on the water.
