Feel distance from the hustle and bustle despite being so close to downtown and local eateries. (Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, Historic downtown “bathhouse row”, fantastic restaurants, Hot Springs National Park and walking trails, Mid America Science museum, and much more) are some the staples that await! Condo pool is available to guests seasonally (late May- early October). Off to the races! 10mins/3.8miles away from Oaklawn Racing and casino. Exceptional cleanliness! The owner’s communication was very thorough and thoughtful. They tried to accommodate any request we had and answered all of our questions. Loved all the extra touches from the coffee maker, extra coffee to everything we needed in the bathroom. It was so peaceful and beautiful there it was hard to leave. I could have slept in the egg chair and stayed on that balcony without doing anything else that weekend if I could have! Loved every minute of our stay! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be lighting on stairs and step onto sidewalk isn’t marked.
