This charming 1940s cottage is a great place to stay in between your adventures around Hot Springs. It is conveniently located very close to Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, and dozens of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails for all levels! Close to public bus transportation, hiking trails around the corner and a 1 mile, \~25 minute walk to downtown. Please park on the driveway of the property. The house and the property are non-smoking. Smoking not permitted. Seriously. Only registered guests allowed in house. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start.
