It is conveniently located very close to Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, and dozens of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails for all levels! Close to public bus transportation, hiking trails around the corner and a 1 mile, \~25 minute walk to downtown. Please park on the driveway of the property. The house and the property are non-smoking. Smoking not permitted. Seriously. Only registered guests allowed in house. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start. Walking distance to the coffee shop. Short drive to trails and downtown. Communication was great with the owner. Not a fancy house but one with a great vibe to it. Super comfortable.There is no stove, though I assume that's in the description and it didn't bother me because we hadn't planned on cooking. There is a hot plate and a coffee maker.
