Located in the middle of Hot Springs directly on the Appalachian Trail. The ground floor has all the living and dining space, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms. Washer & dryer for guests light washing.Secured internet, Smart TV for streaming, DVD player, selection of DVDs and books. Relax and enjoy the front porch swing while you watch village life. Expand the use of this house to include 2additional bedrooms and half bath upstairs and sleep up to 4 additional guests. Back entrance has a ramp. This property is ideal for your visit for a wedding, festival or romantic mountain getaway.

Outstanding option in Hot Springs
Fabulous cottage, perfectly located in Hot Springs. Great place to stay and enjoy the town, the A-T, the river, the Resort/Spa. Walking distance to everything and plenty of space for family and friends to spread out. We'll definitely stay at Dorland Cottage on future trips!

PERFECT LOCATION IN HOT SPRINGS NC
The location was perfect to enjoy the AT town of Hot Springs. Within walking distance to everything in the town. Communications with the host was easy and the host was very accommodating. Would recommend this location for a stay in the area.

This house is amazing and right on the Appalachian trail. The kitchen is fully stocked so we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Most convenient stay in Hot Springs
Went for 80's weekend & the house is walkable to everything! Love the vintage craftsman style. Despite being close to the main street it is quiet & the off street parking is a plus. Kitchen is stocked well & dining room is a great gathering place for food or board/card games. Would definitely rent again!

Great spot for enjoying downtown Hot Springs!
We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and Hot Springs Spa from the house. Nice views of the fall colors and a great front porch for relaxing. The dining room table was perfect for an evening of games.
