The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. \*\*\* \*\*\*Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.\*\*\* \*\*\*Please note that the doorbell at the front door of the property is a Ring Video Doorbell used to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras. \*\*\*We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.\*\*\* \*\*\*Be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. The open area on the main floor was fantastic, with big windows offering incredible views of the lake. We loved having plenty of space to spread out and relax. The hot tub was great, and we appreciated having kayaks available to use. Evenings around the fire pit were a highlight, along with fishing and simply unwinding by the water.
