You're steps from Bath House Row, National Park hiking trails and the many downtown shops and restaurants. This spa inspired downtown loft has all the comforts of home with a relaxing zen feel. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, coffee and microwave. There is a 40" smart TV in the living room. Ample private parking and key-less entry. This upstairs loft apartment has 11 foot ceilings and is decorated to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Three of the beds are in a private back room. There is a futon in the living room along with a closet with hangers. The bathroom area separates the shower from the sink, making it accessible to 2 or more people at one time. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Guests will share the large parking area with other tenants. Always available via phone call or text. Just let us know if you need anything! This is a fun neighborhood, with many unique shops and attractions within a couple blocks of downtown Hot Springs. You can easily walk to downtown. To get to other areas such as Garven Gardens, Lake Hamilton, Lake Ouachita, the grocery store you can use Uber or Lyft, or of course your own vehicle. This is an older, multi unit building. The first floor will be renovated. There are 3 units with long term renters. There is coin laundry in the basement that is shared with the other tenants. Guests will share the large parking area with other tenants. Always available via phone call or text. Just let us know if you need anything! There is a $10/night/pet fee. Dogs must be in a kennel when left at loft alone. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Smoking is allowed outside of the house. I love the location and it is over all a big but small home. It fit 7 of us perfectly and we all had fun. The bunkbeds are a little hard and CREAKY!!! It was a definite experience staying in such an old place. I would love to know the history, was it a big house prior to being converted into different apartments. The shower was nice, the TV options were good, and the space was decorated really cute. We were within walking distance to the bathhouses and downtown shops and restaurants so it was walk to everything. The communication was good with the host like we needed toilet paper at one time (we were left with one roll). I did have to contact to get information on how to enter the property which I feel should have been given to me. It is an older property I found online that the building was built in 1901 but not sure if accuracy it sure seemed that way. AC works well, full kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets. It is easily walkable to the downtown central Avenue but the neighborhood is kind of rough.
