At your vacation home, relax on the furniture in the living area while watching your favorite shows on the TV. If you'd prefer to indulge in the scenic views, prepare a snack in the kitchen, then head out to the balcony and feel the warm breeze as you gaze at the water. When it's time to wind down, the comfortable bedrooms have you covered, while the living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space if needed. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' accounts. Eateries in the Horseshoe Bay Resort are not available to guests. They are for members only, or guests must make a reservation. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We only used the master bedroom which had a very comfortable bed with a very nice lake view. Stayed on the large patio a lot which has the same lake view. We used the pool and the hot tub which were nice and not crowded. We went to one of the restaurants that was easily walkable from the condo for a couple of meals. Highlight of the property is the large balcony with lake view. So relaxing. Beautiful slate floor upgrade on balcony, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. Condo interior has lovely tasteful decor and furniture. Cons: Non-responsive springs on right end of sofa; baseboards need dusting throughout; cobwebs containing bugs to the right of back door; food crumbs in silverware drawer. We felt the pros far outweighed the cons. So we were fine throughout our stay. But the review asked for both pros and cons so we tried to give it a thorough eval. The entrance to the parking garage was marked 96 not 98\. It took us longer to find it since the host did not tell us to look for 96\.
