Unwind in the comfortable living room after a day of adventure, or gather in the well-equipped kitchen to prepare snacks or full meals with ease—it features an electric range, dishwasher, and all the cooking essentials. Step out onto the private deck to grill on the propane BBQ and enjoy dining alfresco. With three bedrooms and an upstairs loft offering two twin beds, there’s plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze, and guests also enjoy access to two on-site swimming pools. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a friends' trip, or a peaceful retreat, this charming condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay on Lake LBJ. Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.
