It boasts a gorgeous and light-filled open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room boasts a soft and inviting L-shaped sofa and a large flatscreen Smart TV. Let your loved ones rest and unwind while you treat them to a delicious meal or midday snack thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen. It boasts incredible stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, and a gorgeous island with marble countertops and six stools. The living room opens up to a convenient balcony with a couple of patio lounge chairs. There is a small laundry room equipped with a washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs–now you can pack as light as you want! Things to Know No cable. Streaming is available. There is an active Ring doorbell security camera at the front door only. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. \*The complex has six-day dock slips for boats and jet skis as well as a communal swimming pool and BBQ area. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell security camera at the front door only. Dock details: There are 6 boat slips available for use but only on a first come, first serve basis. Located a very short walk to the end of property toward the lake. Swimming is allowed. Boat launch is located at Lake LBJ Yacht Club & Marina. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This spot was within walking distance to the Horseshoe Bay resort tower and its restaurant J, which is the only venue open to the public. The condo was modern, fresh, clean, and well stocked. We spent early evenings reading on the lakefront dock before heading out to dinner at nearby restaurants. The location was perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze. However, it is heavy construction that is very loud due to the proximity to the condo and begins early in the morning. (Before 8 am.) If you are planning to be out early on the lake this will be no problem. If you are planning to sleep in be aware that the construction is within a few yards right off the balcony. You can hear the workers call out to each other and the clanging of metal and the backing beeping of construction vehicles. We were busy so it was not an inconvenience, but it was way heavier construction than I would want to be around to enjoy a relaxing getaway. The condo was very comfortable and well kept.
