We also spent a day at the Pisgah National Forest, but our best times were at the cabin, enjoying the antique furniture and all the cute decor. We tried 2 new recipes, the kitchen is perfectly set up for that, lots of workspace at the right height. Bird watching is a new hobby, there are binoculars at the cabin if you forget yours. We also saw deer, hummingbirds, monarch butterflies, and one night we heard two owls hooting back and forth. The cabin is ideal for a family, 2 couples and a third guest, or just a couple who need some peace and quiet to reconnect. We will be back in 2025! ##### Janet L. Five of us spent a week there for biking and hiking in the mountains and side trips to Asheville. Ate and spent our evenings hanging out on the back deck.
