Rowing boat (Local agreement), parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Černá v Pošumaví" 1.3 km, railway station "Černá v Pošumaví", outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, public bathing area 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, cross country ski track 50 m. Nearby attractions: Muzeum Adalberta Schtiftra 5.5 km, Aquapark Frymburk 13 km, Aquaworld Lipno 20 km, Marina Lipno, bobová dráha, lanový park 20 km, Bikepark Lipno 20 km, Stezka korunami stromů 20 km, Lesní hřiště Království lesa (Lipno) 20 km.
