At some point, there was a loud incessant noise for over 1h of kids running upstairs that made the walls shake, I’ve called the reception desk and they took care of it right away. They’ve also started the breakfast 30 minutes earlier due to the amount of guests, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this place.
