Bed linen and towels are provided, but a fee per guest is payable upon arrival. The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating 4 people. Additionally, you can use an extra room next door with a single bed, a single sofa bed, and its own bathroom (shower/WC), providing space for 2 more guests. This room has a separate entrance. In total, up to 6 people can be accommodated. Amenities include Wi-Fi (in expansion) and a TV. Sports facilities such as beach volleyball, badminton, tennis, and table tennis are available. Küche- Geschirr, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle) war ausreichend. Cons: Teilweise Möbiliar (Balkonmöbel, Abzugshaube) etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Blick und Sauberkeit entschädigen dafür.
