The hut is idyllically situated next to a game reserve, the last 200 metres are on foot via an unpaved path. Snow chains are required in winter. A stove and wood are used for cosy hours. As a retreat with natural simplicity, there is deliberately no WLAN and no TV here The Wildschönau is an enchanting destination for nature and sports lovers alike. Located in the middle of the Austrian Alps, this picturesque region offers breathtaking landscapes and a wealth of activities. For winter sports enthusiasts, the skiing area Skijuwel Wildschönau-Alpbach is a true paradise. Here you can expect perfectly groomed slopes and fantastic runs that will thrill skiers and snowboarders alike. The snowy backdrop and the fresh mountain air contribute to an unforgettable winter experience. But Wildschönau also has a lot to offer in summer. The public swimming pool is the ideal place to cool off on warm days and have fun in the water.
