"The Commonwealth manages to capture a classic yet modernized feel. Desk staff and valets were friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were clean, room was fairly spacious, area was quiet. Parking was $37/night, which is expensive, but not out of line with other hotels. Good stay overall, served our needs. Recommended if you need to stay downtown."

"There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. "
