Welcome to Tipowin!  
  
Situated on over an acre located on a beautiful stretch of beachfront overlooking the Atlantic, Tipowin is an island estate perfect for retreats and large families/groups. Decorated and furnished in a Relaxed Island Style, the cottage boasts wood floors, soaring ceilings, and an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting retreat for discerning travelers. Tipowin is located less than one mile from Hope Town Settlement, so you are close enough to the action without having to sacrifice the feeling of "being away from it all."  
  
The estate, which features three buildings and a total of 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths is the absolutely perfect rental for multiple families, large groups, wedding parties, or a corporate retreat. There is a separate generator house w/ a 65KW generator and water maker. For boaters & fisherman there are 3 dock slips with 30/50 AMP power and fresh water to accommodate boats up to 50 ft.

\- 7 Bedrooms, including two Master Suites (Main, Guest and Hilltop cottages) and multiple guest bedrooms. Additional bunk room is ideal for families or groups, offering four twin beds, each appointed with soft bedding and adorned with cheerful island accents.  
\- 8.5 Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of 8 well-appointed full-size bathrooms and an additional powder room, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.  
\- Indoor Comfort: Lounge in the inviting living areas, complete with comfortable seating, coastal décor, and a serene ambiance perfect for relaxation or socializing.  
\- Two Fully Equipped Kitchens: Prepare delicious meals in either of the fully equipped kitchens (Main House and Cottage), boasting stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, an island with barstool seating, and all the essentials for culinary endeavors.  
\- Multiple Dining Areas: Share memorable meals with loved ones in multiple dining areas, where a rustic wooden table provides a welcoming space for gatherings and feasting.  
\- Three Dock Slips accommodating boats up to a 50 ft with 14ft beam 4 ft Draft. Power and water upon request.  
\- Pets may be permitted but only on a case-by-case basis  
\- 20% discount for 14 nights or more!

Indulge in the ultimate relaxation on the covered decks adorned with locally crafted Adirondack chairs and relaxing rocking chairs. Take in unimpeded views of the beach, Atlantic Ocean, and Hope Town Lighthouse. Breathe in the fresh ocean breeze as you soak in the breathtaking vistas that surround you. Rinse off the sand and saltwater in the refreshing outdoor shower, a delightful way to reconnect with nature after a day of beach combing or swimming in the crystalline waters.

Tipowin enjoys a prime location, just a short stroll, bike ride, golf cart jaunt, or boat trip away from the historic village. Explore charming shops, savor delectable dining experiences, and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Hope Town.
