Sauble River Marina & Lodge Resort

"A bit run down rooms, but convenient location near Sauble beach. Rooms were clean and a kitchenette was useful. Very nice amenities on the hotel property on the river. Suggest extending the hours to rent the boats and kayaks, guests might use them early morning or late day, as people are at the beach usually when you have the rentals open and you are closed when people would be most of the time at the hotel and could rent."
Lions Head Beach Motel & Cottages

"There were spider webs all over the room, a towel hanging in the window as they installed a floor AC, broom just lying around with no home and the recycling at the side of the building was an eye sight. There were areas of drywall mud on the wall that needed to be repaired. The room has great potential. It’s a beautiful location within walking distance of some great restaurants and the beach."
Cozy/private cabin located in Lions head beside Bruce trail!

"The perfect place for a weekend getaway. Had everything you needed, a beautiful garden and was very close to town and nearby trails. We ended up seeing more wildlife on the property (foxes, humming birds) compared to on the trail. Check in was easy, the host was quick to reply, and the property was clean. Highly recommended a stay here, and would love to return in the future."
Entire House by beautiful Georgian Bay

"We had a great stay at the property. The surrounding were peaceful the cottage was comfortable and had plenty of room. However, we did encounter issues with the flies,that made it difficult to fully enjoy the indoor and outdoors.We would definitely recommend to stay here.SA"
Treetop Hideaway – Rustic Cabin Retreat

"This little setup with two cabins was the perfect place for an anniversary weekend with my girlfriend. It can be a little daunting with having to climb a few flights of stairs to get up to the property but it's well worth it. Nestled right on the rocks these cabins sit nice and high up off of the road and provide a lovely view over Colpoys Bay. Cabin #1 was a little more bare bones and rustic but we loved using the outdoor shower on the backside of it. The fire pit is nice and big and plenty of wood was provided to use so we made sure to sit out both nights and look at the stars with a cozy fire in front of us. The second cabin was definitely more up to date with a lovely spacious kitchen that had all of the usual amenities needed to make you feel right at home. It also had a perfect nook with a queen bed to sleep in that was super cozy and comfortable. Both cabins had tons of windows to help adapt to any climate or just ensure lots of airflow. The private dock was a nice bonus but be sure to be prepared to wash it off since the seagulls loved to use it as their own hangout spot (lol). In typical Grey Bruce Cottages fashion we were provided with a lovely bottle of red wine, pack of pepperettes, and some freeze dried skittles. Oh and a perfect bag of local coffee all ground up and ready to have for the mornings! Mhmm! One of the many reasons why I love staying with Grey Bruce. You always feel taken care of and you're treated well right from the start. If I could have one small piece of constructive criticism it would be that I would prefer a later checkout time. A 10am checkout always seems to feel a bit rushed but it seems to be the standard for Grey Bruce. 10:30am would be great or even 11am but I do understand since these are rural properties it isn't as simple as a quick cleanup and turnover to the next person staying. I look forward to trying another one of Grey Bruce's properties in the future!"
Red Bay Lodge

"Would highly recommend the red bay lodge.Cabin was clean and comfortable with excellent food served on site.The friendliest of hosts.The owner Gilbert a gent.Nice fire at nightime and just a short walk to lovely lake and beach.Look forward to returning next year"
