### Adorable Lakefront 1 bd guest house

The space has a separate queen size bedroom with a closet, A/C and floor lamp. The living area offers futon that can sleep 2, coffee table, side table with a lamp, and an expandable small dining table that can also be used as a desk. The kitchen is equipped with full size stove and refrigerator, as well as washer/dryer.  
  
Other things to note  
Please take a note of STAIRS down to the boathouse (70-80). It would not be appropriate for elderly who do not handle stairs well.
