\- Parking: There is ample off-street parking for up to 4 cars in the driveways/room for a trailer with a boat. Note: No street parking is permitted, and RV's are allowed to be parked in the driveway, but they cannot be occupied during the stay.  
  
Please note the driveway= Maximum occupancy for the property, 4 guests total.  
  
\- Guest Access: The entire home is included in this rental.  
\- Guest access will be granted via a door code. The garage is locked and not for guest use.  
  
Additional Info About the Home:  
  
\-During Fall & Winter months, please note that there might be snow. We recommend having an AWD SUV with snow chains on hand during these times. We get more snow than you might think, so be sure to check the forecast!  
\-Roads are plowed, but we cannot guarantee they will be plowed.  
\-Laundry: Guests will have access to the Washer and dryer during their stay, with detergent provided.  
\-Some outdoor furniture is stored inside during cold months. Gas Grill and outdoor dining table are available year-round.  
\-Please note that our property is not child-proofed and is not suitable for young children. We strive to maintain a tranquil atmosphere best suited for adult guests. Adult supervision is essential. In addition, our space features one-of-a-kind pieces of art that are irreplaceable, adding a unique touch to your stay. Please take care to appreciate these treasures during your visit.  
\-We are a dog-loving home! However, if you have any sensitivity to dog allergens, please keep that in mind before booking your stay. We provide pet blankets to use when allowing your dog on any furniture (located in the laundry area). No Cats allowed due to owner allergies. 1 Dog per booking.  
  
House Rules:  
  
\- Must sign a rental agreement upon booking  
\-The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours between 10 pm-and 8 am.  
\- No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 4 guests maximum is strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. Although we are on a large wooded lot, we have neighbors to be considerate of.  
\- No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.  
\- Use of the wood fire pit is prohibited during any burn bans. Guest will be responsible for any fines incurred for burning during the ban.  
\- Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.  
\- There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.  
\- Please review the Rental Agreement for all home rule specifics.  
\- There are three exterior cameras to monitor the property entry points for liability and ensure all house rules are followed.  
\-Harry’s Hideaway is our family cabin, and we ask that you treat it with respect like you would your own home.  
\-The cabin is not waterfront. Lake Cushman and Lake Kokanee are both about a 5-minute drive from the cabin (some are further away depending on what park you choose to go to, they are all beautifully maintained).  
  
Pets: This is a Dog-Friendly home. Well-trained dogs are welcome at $50 per dog, 1 dog allowed per booking. Please indicate if you'll be bringing your dog(s) when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture; please use the dog bed and dog blankets provided. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning efforts will be charged accordingly. We have dog food and water dishes and provide pet waste bags. Please clean up after your dog. We are in an active wildlife environment, for your pet's safety dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please do not leave dogs unattended inside or outside. Check trail guides, as not all hikes are dog-friendly. Dogs only, no cats allowed.  
  
Fees, Pricing, and Booking:  
  
\- The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests when booking. Maximum Occupancy is 4 adults.  
\- We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.  
\- We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at the time of booking to protect your stay.  
\- One complimentary date change if your check-in date is over 30 days away. No date changes are allowed otherwise.

This is the nicest property in the entire subdivision. The landscaping is so charming and immaculate. The home is clean and thoughtfully appointed. The hot tub is ideal - close to the house and easy to access. Everything about this stay was effortless and relaxing.

Absolutely fabulous property and the only negative is that 2 nights was not long enough! The neighborhood was very calm, peaceful and quiet which was just what we needed for the weekend getaway. The HUGE screen TV in movie room, jacuzzi, beautiful outdoor areas for seating, grilling out etc were amazing. Loved the decor throughout and attention to detail that the owners put in as the home was so well appointed with everything anyone would need. Had never been to this part of the Pacific Northwest and can’t wait to go back again!

Peaceful and relaxing weekend! My husband and i enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the small garden waterfall or sitting by the fire outside. Being close to cushman waterfront and the hiking trails was wonderful for us and our dogs. The house was inviting and charming. Would definitely want to stay again.

This was one of the best and most thoughtfully appointed vacation rentals we've ever visited. The house was lovely, comfortable, and immaculate. The location is great, with a small market close by and a proper supermarket about 20 minutes away. A great base for exploring the Hood Canal area and the Olympic foothills. There's a dog park less than 3 miles away if you want to let your pooch off the leash and wear them out. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very nice. Would have liked more light in the dining area. Felt like the 10:00 am check-in was a bit early and we seemed very rushed to check-out. Ended up not having time to really look around the area because of the snow.

#### New Year Getaway was a success.

Spent five nights away from the city (Seattle) to ring in the New year. Our group only ate out once and spent the rest of the time in the well-appointed kitchen cooking for each other. In our downtime, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub, in front of the fireplace, and watching “bad” Christmas movies on the incredibly large television. Location-wise, we spent afternoons hiking some of the local trails, meeting neighbors and enjoying the stars. This is my first time in the Lake Cushman area, and I know it won’t be the last. The home and host were everything we could have wanted.
