Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The house was generally clean but almost every wall had smudges of what looked like food, mud, dust and even blood in one of the rooms. There is mostly no service at the house so I had to drive into town to be able to text with support or receive phone calls. Outside of the house was beautiful though, the trees smelled amazing when there wasn’t smoke in the air and there is a very nice hot tub. My dog also enjoyed the scenery as well when the neighbors dog wasn’t barking at her. The hot tub was great, fireplace (bring your own tinder for the fire or a duraflame, big pieces of wood are provided), we enjoyed playing the games provided, and the kitchen has mostly everything we needed for cooking. It has a good location for getting something from the small town or going into nature nearby.
