Friends and I spent three days/two nights and packed in tons of wonderful hiking in the wildflowers of the eastern Gorge. The common areas are set up perfectly. The biggest complaint we had was that the listing did not make clear that there are 4 stories to this building, and you enter at the bottom. Each story is 16-18 steps, so total to the top is the equivalent to 4 flights of stairs - and the kitchen is at the top. The heating and A/C on these\* townhomes always seem to have issues healing or cooling the floors evenly. \* There is a significant difference in the temperature between the upper and lower floors. \*We have stayed at 3 of them, hosted by various companies. We loved the amount of bathrooms that it had as well as the privacy of the bathrooms. We were able to hear footsteps from other floors (all our group) while we were staying because of the acoustics of a property like this, but it did not bother us. Beware that the house is 4 stories tall with just the garage on the bottom floor, bedrooms and bathrooms on the second and third floors, and then the kitchen and living room with an amazing view on the top floor. We were here for our wedding and it was great to get to stay in one house with our bridal party. Parking is limited to 3 cars, 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway, but there was some street parking available. There was also some construction going on on the properties nearby, but it was not a bother to us. Garbage is only picked up every other Friday, which was a struggle as we had 9 people staying for 5 days and it accumulated quickly.
