The home was nice and large and gave our group plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. We appreciated how close it was to downtown but also enjoyed that it was a bit away from the business of the city. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast at home each morning and having three full bathrooms made it so easy for everyone to get ready without bring on top of one another. One thing to keep in mind is that there are a lot of stairs so its not ideal for groups that may have difficulty navigating that however, the basement room is a great solution for those who might not want to climb all the way to the third floor. ##### Marisa G. We did so many great things that were within an hour or so of the house…. Lots of water sports right at the event site with kite surfing and paddle boarding, a day in the fruit loop/winery region, snowboarding and skiing at Mt Hood - yep! Even in the summer! That will be a big memory for the East Coast portion of our crew!!! Hiking around Mt Hood as well, and even a concert at Edgefield! Oh, and a full day white water rafting trip in Maupin. Four of us stayed at the house and each had a room of our own. Plenty of space to hang out. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as one of us was newly pregnant. The only feed back I would give is more toiletry supply. And one of the hairdryers didn’t work(no heat) but she would’ve replaced it quickly if we had’ve told her.
