I needed a place where we could relax in the evening and I could work remotely during the day. The general location was perfect. Easily walkable to everything. It took us about a day to get used to the train traffic. Our Ford Explorer fits in the garage, but exiting the garage took a little effort (I felt like Austin Powers) but it was doable and a safe parking spot far outweighed any challenges. I was concerned about the noise from the trains based on reading other reviews, but it was not an issue at all. The only reason I did not give this a five-star rating was due to the size of the beds. The listing states it can sleep 6, but definitely not six full grown adults (would be just fine for kids). The two smaller beds are definitely more of a full size instead of Queens. The unit is well insulated so that you barely hear the trains. 3rd bedroom is very small (we didn’t use it so it wasn’t a problem. And garage parking is great but only if you have a smaller car. We enjoyed the accommodations. The home is centrally located and we were able to walk in downtown. We were here on a kiteboarding trip and can see the Event Site. The only draw back for light sleepers would be the train that runs right behind the unit. The parking was also a bit of an issue because of the narrow entrance to get into the garage. We were unable to properly us the garage because we had a large vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.
