"Our group has been staying at this house every Jan/Feb for the last few years for our annual St. Johns river fishing trip. There is lots of room for our group of 12 guys and the owner is easy to deal with. We plan to return each year and this is the best house on the river in Astor that our group all agrees on staying. Thank you Mark for letting us enjoy this awesome house on the river!"

"It was just my daughter and I in the tiny house. It was clean and easy to check in. The information was easy to follow. The bed was very comfortable. The fresh eggs were a nice touch. Although it was on the same property as the owner’s home, we didn’t see or hear them at all."

"There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. Would stay again if I am ever in the area."

"Our children used the pool over and over again. We loved the quiet/secluded back yard. The location was close enough to where we needed, Rock Springs Creek and other paddling locations. Food in the area was very nice and gyms close by."
