« Our stay at TOU was truly relaxing, the hotel condition was excellent, everywhere was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they shared great recommendations of ‘must see attractions’ delivering unique and memorable experience of Kusatsu Onsen. We had the half board, stayed 2 nights there, the dining experience was amazing, great food, well-decorated dishes and polite staff. Our highly recommended stay at Kusatsu. »

« This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son. The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. »

« 駐車場の案内に出てきてくださったり、周辺施設をご案内していただいたり、とても親切なお宿でした。 ただ、エクスペディアの素泊まり予約で、浴衣タオルが別でした。日本の宿泊施設で浴衣とタオルがないことを想定していなかったので、びっくりしたし、少しこまりました。ベッドのお部屋に泊まりましたが、スプリングが気になり深く眠れなかったので、感覚花瓶な方には向かないかもしれません。 »
