Sandy Beach -- a favorite surf spot -- is a quick car ride along scenic Kalaniana’ole Highway. LIVING AREA Two reclining leather sofas invite relaxation in the living room. Kick back with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply take in the water view. KITCHEN & DINING Fix delicious meals in the updated kitchen, featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances and polished granite countertops. A gas grill awaits on the private lanai, setting the scene for tasty sunset cookouts. The Kuapa Isle all-season unheated pool and clubhouse are a short walk from your door. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for four vehicles (two in the assigned carport and two parked in tandem). This duplex property does not have air-conditioning. All leases require a minimum 31-day term. Please note the boat dock and the boat stored at the dock are not available for guest use. THE LOCATION Kuapa Isle is 1.4 miles from Kuliouou Beach, a quiet bayside stretch of sand. Sandy Beach on the open ocean is 4.4 miles. Stop in at Kona Brewing Co. (1.7 miles) for craft beer and tasty dishes on your way back home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
