There is an ongoing building work taking place outside the building, so there might be some intermittent noise in the morning. However, this unit's work has been done so access to the lanai is possible during your stay.  
  
Pls note that the lanai will be closed from 3/23 to 4/17/2026\. If your booking timeframe is in between these dates or affected by the lanai accessibility, we will discount the nightly rate for you. Thank you

\*\*\* Please note that the condo may occasionally experience water shut-offs for maintenance purposes. These situations are beyond our control and typically last only a short duration. Additionally, power outages caused by the electricity company or local issues are also beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding, as these interruptions are usually temporary.  
If water is shut off more than 7 hours on that day, we will refund $100 for that day.

This was a beautiful property! It took a while to receive correspondence from them about check in which was concerning but once they contacted me two days prior to my trip, everything was great! Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I will definitely book here again! The pros: -The view (especially of the fireworks on Friday) -Cleanliness (except the shower which had some boogers and hair on the plastic curtain) -Simple, open and airy unit -Provided a vacuum which was great for sand -Very accommodating host The cons: -Lack of basic necessities (not many bath or beach towels provided, no paper towels, only one blanket, no pillows or blanket for pull out couch) -The toilet seat was broken and would fall off if you got up too fast
