It looks like the property was going over renovations. It was a little noisy. That being said, though my hotel was toward the city side not the beach. There were tons of food options nearby. I actually enjoyed that more than the beach. Almost everything was within walking distance and very convenient convenient stores shops, your name I would use this place again.
