Cleaning - Bleach products are used to clean surfaces and high profile area such as light switches and their covers, door and window handles / knobs, TV controls, etc. All laundry items, linens and towels are washed using detergents that kill bacteria and viruses. Waikiki Condo, tenth floor with views, updated throughout with new paint and cabinets, relaxing Lanai with views of Honolulu hills and city, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and doors on each bedroom, outdoor pool on the main floor with gas barbecues and seating, kitchen set up with all the necessary cooking utensils and pans, the Condo is close to whatever you want to do... sunbathing on the beach, swimming, surfing, restaurants and night life are all within walking distance. A six minute walk to the Convention Center. There is a grocery store / Food Pantry 6 minutes walk from the Condo on Hobron Ln at Eaton Square. A wonderful locat grocery store that has all your needs. Food trucks are 2 minutes walk from the Condo located on Niu St. The food trucks have wonderful food and you can eat there or bring the food back to the Condo. There is a small bakery store in the Monarch building on Niu St that has pastries, coffee, breakfast foods. Don Quijote is a Hawaiian 24 hour store, 15 minute walk from the condo that is a fun adventure, has groceries, drinks, kitchen gadgets, tools, everything you can imagine and items you have never seen before. Two 7 Eleven stores (yes 2) are across the intersection from each other immediately near the Condo. We appreciated the recent renovations, with comfortable beds and well stocked with towels and necessities. We even cooked one full dinner with the well supplied kitchen. I read many reviews which commented on the cleanliness of the condo. Upon our arrival there was dirt, hair, paper and more on the floor under the bed, the trash can foot pedal was broken, there was a heavy layer of dirt on the windows and there was a stale odor in the bathroom. In addition, it was extremely inconvenient that there was no secondary furniture in the street side bedroom or any convenient place to store belongings during the stay. ##### Cheryl P. Séjour de 7 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Will M., Oakland, CA USA 14 déc. 2025 Points forts : Propreté The beds really stuck out--they had notably comfortable memory-foam queen mattresses.Good view of the Ala Wai canal and some of the nearby skyscrapers--we mostly ate breakfast on the balcony. Along an urban canyon corridor, with louvered windows so probably not great for folks with noise sensitivity. Location was highly walkable: food trucks about a block away, 5-10 minute walk to a serviceable local grocery store (less to several ABC stores). 15 minute walk to the nearest beach for swimming; snorkeling needed a bus or car ride to get to in a reasonable amount of time. Kitchen was serviceable for a few meals, not a gourmet setup, but that wasn't expected at the price point :) Laundry was credit card-operated at 3 per load for the washer and similar for the dryer and outside the apartment. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. As light sleepers, my wife and I had a tough time getting rest at night due to street noise and occasional loud music from passing cars, especially late in the evening. The bed was unstable it was almost falling apart aswell as the remotes for the aircon and tv that was in the room which had no remote. The shutters on the windowa were faulty. Great location for walking to a lot of eateries and the beach. Fairly noisy at all hours, the neighborhood doesn’t sleep! A/C works fine if you keep windows closed, curtains drawn, and bedroom doors open for circulation. The unit is clean, updated and well appointed . Very easy in and out. Proximity to 7-11 and food trucks a huge plus. We had a great time! We came to the island for a wedding but wanted a place to be able to stretch out in with our family of 5 (3 kids ages 12,9,7) and this was the perfect spot. Close to so much stuff that we basically walked everywhere. No free parking, but a paid parking lot was close enough that we were able to leave our rental vehicle to places. There is a rental car place right there that we would probably use if we ever came to the island again. I absolutely recommend this location and we were sad to leave. ##### Jacqueline S. Great condo to host my family for our vacation, the owner was very good with answering questions. It was clean and any questions I had were answered promptly. Everything is within walking distance and the food trucks across the street were amazing. The food trucks were close by and serve delicious food. The only downsides were the noise, definitely don't recommend for light sleepers. Also the beds were not the greatest. 1 was very firm while the other was very soft. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and Dan was excellent with communication. ##### Karen R.
