From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!  
  
CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:  
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM  
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM  
  
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.  
  
STARTER SUPPLIES:  
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.  
  
HOUSEKEEPING:  
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.  
  
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.   
  
LINENS & TOWELS:  
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.  
  
LAUNDRY ROOMS:  
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.   
  
TRASH ROOM:  
The Trash room is located on every floor. You will see a door without any sign, open and you will see the sign to the trash room.  
  
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:  
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY:  
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.  
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Our stay was amazing so much to do not enough time. The time spent in the room was very comfortable, comfy beds access tv/wifi for kidsEverything worked kitchen well stocked more than plenty of towels for beach and restroom. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Only one thing that was off when we arrived which was the broken ottoman had a busted leg when got there so we made sure no one used it. Overall, we were very happy with how easy it was to get in and out of the room we felt very secure for that we Thank you!!
