The parking attendent was friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable. There are a few items that need to be updated. The pool was under renovation so we couldn't use it. The hotel is very close and in walking distance to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The biggest deal for us was no parking fees or hotel fees. We will definitely return. ##### Charisse R. The room itself was located right off the elevator which was very convenient (location didn't result in any unwanted noise). The balcony had views to the ocean and Diamond Head with ocean breezes available at that height. But the property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the recreation items and the host of kitchen supplies available to use. The beach and all the shops were within walking distance. First and most important - Monique is so AWESOME to communicate with !! Responses were very quick ! The condo is perfect for two to relax every evening and the self prepared breakfasts were great - included fried Soam ! This is a great location for access to main streets and easy walking to beach and shopping areas ! There is so much positive to this location - very clean and everything you need is provided! Even though the condo is located just across from the elevator, I never had any issue with noise. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full size refrigerator. The only negative is the size of the building which can sometimes result in somewhat long waits for elevators, but most of the time it wasn't a problem. I would stay here again. ##### Kim B.
