Unit 1428 could easily be "lived" in. Lots of cabinet space, storage, shelving, and bedroom closet by California Closets. A full kitchen featuring Espresso kitchen cabinets and granite counter-tops, travertine kitchen floor, new floor throughout living and bedroom area, completely updated bathroom featuring custom tiling, and Toto accessories. Large lanai with gorgeous Hilton Lagoon, Marina, and endless ocean views. CHECK-IN 3:00 PM & CHECK-OUT 11:00 AM Please understand that we cannot promise an early check-in or a late check-out as we may experience back-to-back bookings. If you would like us to guarantee your early check-in, we will need to ask you to book a day earlier as well to secure that date. If you only need a car for one day, some of our guests have rented a car just for the day from the car rental facilities in Waikiki, but make reservations in advance as they get rented quickly. Welcome Kit Dish soap, Dishwasher soap, Trash bag, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, paper towel & two rolls of toilet paper. Please note, we don’t refill the welcome kit and you will purchase your own when these items run out. Please note, these are not included \-NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE or towel/linen change. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. \-NO DESIGNATED PARKING. However, the building offers Valet parking. Please inquire Ilikai Hotel directly for the most current rate. \-NO beach goods such as beach towels, beach chairs, or beach umbrellas are provided. \*\*IMPORTANT NOTICE — July 9, 2025\*\* Starting the week of July 28, 2025, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access and use for this condo will be restricted from February 21, 2026 to June 29, 2026 (approx. dates). Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day. Mahalo for your understanding.
