Good access to the building from the street or parkade, and ground level was ideal for our kids heading over to the pool daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and you can walk to Waikiki Beach or Ala Moana mall, but it's also close to Walmart/Target/Foodland for groceries. We had 2 adults and 4 children and never felt cramped. Multiple bathrooms with teenagers was a lifesaver, and in-suite laundry made it easy to wash swimsuits and towels as required.Outdoor lanai was perfect for chilling in the evening while the kids played in the pool! Our access to the pool & gym was through the back as we were on the ground floor. The oven was not working but maintenance people came promptly after I called them. Kitchen has lots of counter space & cupboards. Some minor things needed I have mentioned to the rental agent - like place mats, more utility knives & squeegees for the showers.
