Enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with large shower (Dec 2024). Also updated kitchen area. We have a great city and ocean view from high floor, just below the penthouse. The studio has a murphy bed that when tucked away creates an open and airy living space. Major plus is FREE assigned, underground parking. WiFi and cable TV. We respect the privacy of our guests. We can be reached by text or telephone to assist if needed. Since we are in the center of action in Waikiki, please expect urban noise including traffic, music from bars/restaurants, and pedestrian activity. Waikiki is a famous Honolulu neighborhood on Oahu's south shore, blending urban energy with a classic Hawaiian beach experience. Its iconic beach is perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. The area is a hub for water activities, shopping on Kalakaua Avenue and at major centers like the International Market Place, and dining. Visitors can hike Diamond Head for stunning views, explore Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo, or discover marine life at the Waikiki Aquarium. It's a vibrant, walkable, and dynamic destination. The studio has a full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. We provide basics spices for your cooking needs.. Full kitchen and living area make it a comfortable and enjoyable place to hang out after the beach and activities. Close to everything - beach, restaurants, attractions and transportation. Waikiki is a walkable city. Many of the attractions such as the Zoo, Aquarium, Army Museum, are a short walk away. To explore beyond Waikiki, Oahu has a great bus system, called The Bus. Bus stops are located at corners of Seaside and Kuhio - right at the lobby level of the building. Tour bus pick up is on Seaside Avenue, so you won't need to venture too far for your tour shuttles. Uber and Lyft also operate in Honolulu. Beginning October 27, 2025, the building will undergo an exterior renovation project (concrete repair and painting) lasting approximately 6–12 months. Work will occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and guests should expect daytime noise, dust. The lanai doors will be locked so you cannot access them during the work. The Pool will be closed during the renovation project. We appreciate your understanding during this period. Please note that we are in an urban setting close to bars and restaurants. There is noise from music and bars close by. STR#1116 Please note that reservations starting on January 1, 2026 will be subject to an increased transient accommodation tax.
