The building offers amenities like a rooftop recreation area, swimming pool, hot tub, spa, and a shared paid laundry facility. The unit includes an assigned parking stall, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and cable. Just off Kuhio Ave., guests are within walking distance of Waikiki's beaches, shops, eateries/restaurants, activities, and nightlife. Our home is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in Waikiki with 1 reserved parking stall. Sleeps 6 guests, located on the 20th floor. Elevators are available. \*Please note that this is a flexible rental, no switching of guests is allowed. Strict no smoking and no pet policy. KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a full kitchen with a stove, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, full fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery, basic cookware/bakeware, and rice cooker. BUILDING AMENITIES The Waikiki Lanais building offers elevators, secured entry, overnight security (10pm-6am), common paid laundry (for a nominal fee), rooftop rec and BBQ area, swimming pool, hot tub, spa, and fitness room. PARKING This home includes one assigned, covered parking stall.
