We loved the location: walking distance to most of the beaches, restaurants and shops. Close to everything. Negative: Floors were absolutely filthy. They had not been cleaned for a very long time. I brought slippers and they were black on the bottom. The bathroom floor was filthy, toilet seat is broken, conduit hanging off the wall, rusty bathroom fixtures and spouts. No shampoo and the conditioner bottle half full. The property management write up said parking was 30 a day. It was 40\. ##### Judy L. Bed is sorely in need of replacement. Most lights were blown and need bulb replacement. Unit was not cleaned and although it was resolved and credit provided, it was the P M initial response that threw us. 4 minutes before check in time and PM stated "did front desk tell you it was ready". Versus...we are sorry it wasn't cleaned, and will get unit cleaned right away. Requires we wash dishes but no dish rack proveded. But bed was the worse ##### Cathy C. The room was perfect for the two of us! Close access to the beach and all other facilities in the area. The property owners were great at communicating. Needed some fresh paint and a deep clean. The faucet didn’t seem to work properly on the shower and the toilet seat was falling off. The bed was not very comfortable, which always makes it even worse. The parking garage was barely manageable for a mid size rental car, and there are literally about 12 spaces. The location was nice, walking distance to the beach and lots of shopping and dining. Not awful, just a disappointment. Would not recommend it. ##### Kyla P.
