We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in non-designated areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises. Please be aware that any violations will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, if building management issues a citation to us as owners or hosts, we may escalate the matter to the platform. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Occasional water and power interruptions may occur due to maintenance or operational activities managed solely by building management, which are common in hospitality properties. These instances are beyond our control, but we do our best to communicate any notices in advance. Given our prime location near tourist spots, occasional noise may arise from building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the surrounding urban environment.
